That also depends on the KW's he was using.. For evry tough KW's, even OK is good.. I think you get my point.

PR and quantcast stats are 2 different things.. PR gives an idea about the authority of a particular page, the incoming links it has, the overall trust it has. Quantcast, provides data about traffic on the site, with little to average accuracy.

TBH, that's a bit expensive, and assembled PC's don't act so good in the long run. If you can pump up your budget a bit, get an Alienware.

I actually tried one for one of my blogs with decent traffic. I added an opt-in to the bar, and believe it or not, it did convert pretty well.
