  1. Take a look at this list and see if it helps you at all: https://www.computerhope.com/beep.htm
  2. Does it do it with all webpages? It almost looks like you are seeing squares from the apps page chrome://apps
  3. Code Academy is free if you're looking to become a web developer: https://www.codecademy.com/catalog/subject/web-development
  4. I feel embarrassed for them lol
  5. It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia I've tried multiple times to watch Game of Thrones but it's too dramatic for my tastes... Which is probably why I watch nature documentaries and stuff like "How it's made"... very low drama there
  6. My go-to is Malwarebytes Anti-Malware but I'll list some other useful tools. You may want to consider doing a refresh which will blow away any installations you have but will keep your files: https://www.pcmag.com/news/348679/how-clean-up-windows-10-with-the-refresh-windows-tool https://www.malwarebytes.com/mwb-download/ https://usa.kaspersky.com/downloads/tdsskiller As a LAST RESORT utility: http://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/combofix.html
  7. It has many uses so can be used in applications, websites, or as a scripting language: https://blog.hartleybrody.com/google-python/
  8. I'm with you @melvs in that I've been using Adobe Premiere pretty much since I started editing video (1998-ish?). The learning curve isn't bad and the ability to work with After Effects compositions makes it invaluable (in my opinion). Many of the "free" options remind me of Windows Movie Maker. Perhaps if I were a Mac guy I would try Final Cut Pro but I'm still not there yet
  9. Totally agree. I'm curious as to what the next "big thing" is going to be. Facebook is going to either mess up and lose peoples trust, some new platform will hit a home run, or some other possibility that my underdeveloped brain can't comprehend
  10. That's really cool if they truly didn't use any filters on that picture
  11. Yep, that's my current one still, for several years now
  12. You said ~100 inserts per second? Are those part of a batch operation or is an insert script being called 100 times per second?
  13. What kind of speeds do you get?
  14. If you live in the right area... Just a few miles away and this is the best I can get
  15. I am enrolled in Code School as well... I think it is well worth the $25 As far as not having the money to do it, think about this... If you got pulled over 10 mins from now and thrown in jail with a bail set at $25, how long would it take you to track down the money? My guess is that you have the money (or it is at least available to you from somewhere)
  16. I know that everyone hates it, that if you have ever looked into purchasing the program just laughed when you saw the pricing options. You're Welcome. http://geekytweaks.blogspot.com/2009/08/disable-winrar-notification-popup.html
  17. http://codex.wordpress.org/ While this is straight from the source, I don't think it is very clear unless you are familiar with php already. Does anyone have a good tutorial site that goes into greater depth on their examples?
  18. Not that I'm trying to change your mind about what you would or would not do, but Yes. It does have several video tutorials explaining the process along with videos on how to use the software. Being someone who has bought a bunch of these 'Money Making' products, I've come to realize that its more about taking in everything that they are telling you, comparing it with what you currently hold to be true, and deciding on whether or not it is something that interests you. I like to take everything that I've ever learned and throw it into my mental blender and see what comes out. You can't
  19. In my experience, the only things that are a SCAM are those things that lead you to believe that they are something else when they are actually not. This is very straight forward. You are paying for the education and the know how for the system that they've created
  20. I use the keyword tool (which can run on autopilot and generate random keyword searches for you) almost on a daily basis. After filtering out the results that I want (High CPC, 10,000 minimum searches, etc) it will analyze the estimated competition. I've used it to build some micro-niche sites, and without using any backlinking or any sort of promotion at all, my keywords are ranking on page 1 and 2 within 2 weeks. All I can say is that I am very happy with the results that I've seen using it, and that if you were to follow the program as instructed, it will generate revenue. Like anything
  21. Would you spend $65 on something that could make you $1000's?? If you have a lick of sense, you would say yes. The reason programs like this get a bad reputation is usually not from the product itself, but from the buyer of that product. If you paid $65 for something that you never used, you might tell someone else that you wasted $65. From there, word of mouth (or for us forum junkies, our 2 cents worth on a related thread) paints that product and anything similar in the same light. Well I'm here to give my honest review of the Commission Blueprint Evolution product. Like many on
  22. using Ubuntu again

  23. Looks like it worked fine for me
  24. Very cool... I know that people have a problem selecting music because they are worried about someone trying to sue them or take their content down if they use content that they don't have rights to
