Has anyone here used osTicket before? It's an extremely easy to use and install help desk solution. Best of all it's FREE. I've used it for a few months now and wow, so much easier then keeps tasks down on a piece of paper. I really don't use it for a help desk solution, but just to track tasks I need to complete. If you are in need of something like this, I would def check it out.
