Recommended Posts

Photoshop is best forever. Its my favourite. It has many tools, I liked it very much. But is the best photo designer software. And it is easy. Everyone can use it. And you also can Create logos for your websites here. I wanna say photoshop is the best.

Since I have gotten so used to photoshop over the past 5+ years, I would have to say photoshop because I know it best. I just find it easy to use rather than having to learn another program.

Photoshop beats all. It's got awesome photo-manipulation capabilities and an interesting set of tools that allow you to make almost anything from scratch. From photo-editing to web & print graphics and digital painting, it's really easy to control and there's loads of resources to help you learn and improve your creative skills. Of course it takes years of practice to reach a level where you know all the keyboard shortcuts and become a Photoshop Ninja. Photoshop CS5 has been great so far and I hope to try out CS6 soon when I get a new system, but by then I guess a new CS7 would probably be out. Also, Illustrator is my favorite tool for logo designs and illustrations it's just so accurate with all those vector points.

I have image editors like Corel Draw, Photoshop, etc. But, my favourite is Fireworks. I think I kinda like Fireworks for its simplicity, one don't have to go through a lot of hassle before getting anything done. Photoshop for example, I find it having some unnecessary complications. Although, I always get the feeling that I'm limiting myself using Fireworks alone when some others I have seem like they can do the job better. Perhaps, if I start doing more of designing my opinion might change.

Started using GIMP when I first started doing any design stuff.  I think I just stick with it now because I just have a level of comfort with it, that I wouldn't with other programs.  It would probably be better to learn Photoshop now, but GIMP has all I really need, so I'm happy with it.

I think Photoshop is the top for everyone in here. I liked working with Photoshop been using it in School because it's available. Unfortunatley I can't use it back home because it costs a lot and I don't want to download it illegaly so I am stuck with the free version (crap) version called GIMP. It does the job but it's too ugly to look at!

I love the entire Adobe CS6 Suite, my favorite program of it though would be Illustrator, besides the foundational Photoshop which no graphic artist can live without. I just find the control that I have to design in this program is phenomenal and really easy to use, I've never gotten lost in a software so easily. Plus the hotkey's are much similar to Photoshop making it simple to toggle back and forth.

I really like Illustrator and use it in combination with Photoshop. I like Illustrator pen tool much better and the way it handles shapes and text, and so I tend to use it and then move those things into Photoshop for final finishes and exporting. Probably because print design is more of my strong suit. For photography images I tend to use Lightroom for all the basic edits and go to photoshop only for advanced retouching or image compositions and stuff.

I'm interested in starting to use Illustrator in conjunction with Flash for some animation designs that I have in mind. Not too many frames but at the moment I'm not too versed in Flash just yet.

I've used Microsoft Picture It! Photo Premium 10 for such a long time now, that I just can't get used to Photoshop or GIMP. Sometimes I wish I could just make the switch and leave it behind but I still often go back to it, because it's so intuitive for me. I can do almost everything I need in it and I'm a lot faster than if I would use Photoshop. But sometimes I need features I just don't have and then i need to use Photoshop.

I think that hands down Photoshop takes the prize, it has a very wide range of assorted tools and features, allowing for users to customize and create new photos in any way they like.

I've been using photoshop to edit an image for a long time and I can say that it's very helpful. For now I am not only using photoshop for image enhancement but also Adobe lightroom. This software is much easier to navigate. If your a first time user, you can easily identify the tools unlike photoshop.

I'm still using adobe Photoshop, and I've been using this for almost three years now, and honestly I'm still not proficient in Photoshop, and I think this one is still the best software for photo editing and design.  It's fun and easy to use and a lot of things you can do to make your photo looks great.

I'm not really artistic, but because of my business I have had to learn a bit about design. I'm just starting out but so far I love, love, love Canva. First it's free and I love free things like everybody else. It's also very easy to use and has a million options. It's very easy to find tutorials on how to use it online. It also has a million options and is user friendly. I think other image design software's like adobe Photoshop are for more experienced people. I tried to use it, it was sooooo confusing!
