PC keeps rebooting

when i am on my computer it keeps rebooting what is the problem and how should i do to fix it?

Do you get a blue screen before it reboots? Also, are there any beeps at startup - if so, how many? Also, it could be a hard drive problem, so I recommend checking the cables going into your hard drive, but make sure you're doing it safely, such as turning the computer off first and either grounding yourself or unplugging from the  electricity mains.
