I'm afraid I'm slightly unsure of how to overcome this problem for you but I'm confident one of our members will be able to help you out. Just need to wait for them to come online and be active. Shaunno Posted January 26, 2011 Posted January 26, 2011 Hi I dont know whether you have tried this but I found a link on the HP website http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/ProductList.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodTypeId=321957&prodSeriesId=3873837&taskId=135 Could you see if any of the products on there seem familar and whether you can find the drivers. Do you know what drivers are missing? Goto the control pannel, then type in the search box device manager, then clcik on the device manager, when it opens check if any of the hardware has yellow cautions symbols next to it. Also you could check your disk drive for file errors, goto my computer, then right-click on the main drive (C usually), in the menu select properties then the tools tab click error checking, select both tick boxes and then start it will ask you to restart because it cant do it while the OS is using the drive, so clcik schedule a disk check and reboot. (http://www.w7forums.com/use-chkdsk-check-disk-t448.html) This site shows you how to schedule a disk check with images so it might be easier. GL and report back on your findings. Quote
