Hi Ryan,

 

Basically you need to create a new partition, boot using the Ubuntu disk and install Ubuntu to that new partition. Set up Ubuntu, and migrate the user account information.

 

When you boot up you will then be asked which OS you want to boot from, fairly simple task. But we can run the installation process through with you, if need be :o

If you have problems with boot records then there are free programs on the internet that allow you to edit the boot record. If you need any help or the links to programs Im happy to help.
