DarkGizmo Posted March 29, 2012 Posted March 29, 2012 Great list Chill. Thanks for sharing. I'm looking for a good free anti-virus for my sister's PC. Thinking of uninstalling Avast! and replacing it with something else. Quote
offspringftw Posted April 29, 2012 Posted April 29, 2012 Wow, this is a great list for people to use. Good job OP. I think you should add LMMS to sound editing. LMMS is a great Fruity Loops alternative. Its not exactly like Audacity where you edit sound but more to create music. You should also add free Spotify alternatives, such as Grooveshark. Quote
Thomas Posted April 29, 2012 Posted April 29, 2012 Anyone got any ideas about free Website tools? Dreamweaver/Expression... that kind of thing. Quote
CityGirlLuv Posted April 29, 2012 Posted April 29, 2012 Anyone got any ideas about free Website tools? Dreamweaver/Expression... that kind of thing. I've tried a few free alternatives to Dreamweaver such as NVU, KompoZer, and Aptana Studio, and I found Dreamweaver to still be the best. If I had to choose between the three, Aptana Studio most definitely. Here are the list of the alternative sites: 1. NVU - http://www.net2.com/nvu/ 2. KompoZer - http://kompozer.net/ 3. Aptana Studio - http://www.aptana.com/products/studio3 Quote
