ford1001
I am looking for a new phone, and i am looking for some suggestions, i have currently got the LG Xexon, and previously had the LG Webslider, but i am looking to move away from LG as both of these phones have been faulty constantly, I will go back there if i need to, but would prefer not to,
CHiLL
Is it a smart phone you're after, or a standard phone? I have a Samsung Tocco Lite, and it's very good for what I need.

Thrill
All smart phones are expensive, HTC is around same as an iPhone per month
ford1001
All smart phones are expensive, HTC is around same as an iPhone per month unless it is prepaid, and crappy quality, you get what you pay for , ooh well when i turn 16 the Government pays me $200 per fortnight, might get one then, only 4 months down the track
Henrawr
Or a Samsung Galaxy S. And the new one is out now I think.
Richio
HTC Desire is wonderful, Wildfire is good too
Newmy
If you want loads of touch screen apps to show off go for either an Android or iPhone. If you're not that concerned about those features a BlackBerry does everything you need a phone to do plus web browsing, a range of apps like Twitter and Facebook. You also get BlackBerry messenger which can save you quite a bit on your bill.
ford1001
I was actually looking at windows 7 phones the other day and found the LG Quantum
Richio
LG's aren't very good, IMO. Stay clear of Sony Ericssons.
ford1001
ok, so no LG or SE,
ford1001
yes i know i have said no LG's but i have found and have fallen in love with the LG optimus 7 or LG Quantum, depending on your residence, this looks awesome, and also have windows phone 7, which i really want
Henrawr
I know that the Xperia by Sony Ericsson has had a hell of a lot of problems (software-wise) with it.
ford1001
I was actually really interested in the "playstation phone" xperia play but it the graphics look horrible
Lisi
I know that you said about moving away from LG, but try either the LG Optimus One, or the LG OPtimus GT540. I used to hate all LG phones but have had my GT540 for a while now, and have experienced no problems. Also, it runs Android, so loads of free apps & games. All for around £100. Niickehh
I have a HTC Desire, and it's brilliant. Imo, much better than iPhones. And now I've seen the Desire on contract for around £20 P/M. Even though I'm paying £30 -.-. I would strongly recommend a HTC, but I wouldn't bother with the HTC Desire HD, for the cost increase, it's not really worth it. Your next best bet is the Wildfire, but I strongly recommend the Desire. Nick +
