This is the final flight made by this shuttle and is to be decommissioned shortly. Some facts about Discovery: 1. Discovery has successfully completed 39 missions since its launch in 1984. 2. Discovery has been in space for a total of 365 days, 12 hours, 53 minutes and 34 seconds in its life. 3. Discovery has completed 5,830 orbits of Earth. 4.
