How to add subscribe button to your YouTube videos

I wasn't exactly sure where to put this. I suppose it's a way of marketing. Yes, everybody knows they can subscribe to your channel without being told to, but truth of the matter is, reminding them -does- get more results. People are more likely to click the link that's put right in their faces than taking their own initiative to go subscribe. The more people who sub, the more views you get on future videos...and yay, success.

I've seen many people do this on some popular channels before. I'm going to try to do this right now and I'll see how it goes.
