Which is the best and the most secure free helpdesk software?

 

I've seen Trellis (amazing) and hesk (very lightweight).

 

Any other recommendations?

I've seen this used on many reputatable sites; although I haven't used it personally, I'll vouch for it as well!

I use osticket as well. I have not used hesk but have seen some great reviews for Trellis. It also depends on what kind of features you are looking for, if you don't want too many features then it is best to go with a lightweight solution.

I have seen OSticket, and I think Trellis is better looking and much feasible than OSticket.
