I have to transfer files from linux server to windows using secure ftp (sftp) using script.Kindly help me out.

I once, a long time ago had to work with a Linux server from my Windows PC remotely. I can't recall 100% how did I manage the sftp, but I suppose this is the software I used: http://winscp.net/eng/index.php

 

You need to install this software on your Windows PC. You also need to setup the networking on the linux's side so you can connect via the selected port and use the user remotely. They have guides on winscp's website right here: http://winscp.net/eng/docs/guides
