Just got an email from DNF.com about the new services they provide for creating micro niche and authority websites. The pricing is pretty high, but seems like they offer the service for building sites on topics of your existing sites. So I could get an authority website with articles on development for example.

Authority Websites:

Micro Niche Websites:

Anyone else thinking about purchasing one? I'm looking at the authority website to put on a subdomain of DeveloperBase.

It looks interesting but I feel it would take away from the fun of creating the website.

Also if you can make money like they say you will then why sell it? Why not just keep creating these websites and pocketing the money.

Well my thought was to get one to compliment DeveloperBase. Link to it from the articles I think I will try the smallest package and see what it's all about.

So basically it's a batch purchase of articles and they do the blog setup and a bit of submission on top. Not a bad idea assuming they do quality writing (the premium one works out at about $15 an article plus setup costs). My main concern would be how they get that many quality, original articles on niche subjects: presumably they outsource... which means they're paying the writers less... which means you could be getting 100+ junk articles written by someone who just used Wikipedia and regurgitated the content.

Maybe that's a bit paranoid. But then... I've seen too much of that not to be paranoid. ;)

Yeah it's a lot to gamble with. I have sent off a email asking for some more information, but haven't heard anything back yet.

I imagine I'm not the only one that emailed them yesterday after that went out :)

I'll post here when I get some more info.
