Micro Niche Websites that Pay!

Recommended Posts

A few weeks back I started posting some links to sites where I purchase micro niche website and let you guys know I would review them. Well to date still nothing and they seem to have been a waste of money. Luckily they were cheap. However, I know there is money out there to be made on these so I purchased every eBook I could find and researched the micro niche topic to death. I took a little bit from each thing I read and created my own plan for creating a micro niche website. I have finally perfected my technique, I have a stable site in less than 2 weeks that earns $10-$30 per day on AdSense.

I'm going to follow the sites progress this month and make sure it stays within the $10-$30/day average. After the months end if I can maintain that success I will be offering the sites for sale. Now you cannot just put this site out there and let it run it's course without ever touching it again. It will be alright for a while but as the content gets old and nothing new is posted the site's traffic will suffer ultimately leading to lower income. The site takes some maintenance, a few new articles per week and some minor SEO tweaks. This is why I will be offering a monthly maintenance plan with the sites as well and guarantee a monthly minimum the site will generate if you keep the maintenance plan in place.

Lastly, I'm currently building out more sites like this for myself until I reach the 500 limit that AdSense has in place. I will be selling these as I build my network out.

I will keep this thread updated with progress.

With some quick maths, with the full 500 making a minimum of $10 per day, you'll be making $150,000 per 30 day month. That's incredible, especially with the speed of set up involved. How long did it take you, in hours, to set up that website?

Heh, well I don't expect all of the 500 to be earning that amount, I just wanted to get the channels maxed out, then I will slowly start the process of article writing and SEO for each one.

It takes about 25 hours per site for the setup I created above. The maintenance per month I would say would be 3-5 hours per week or so.

5 hours per week, with 500 sites sounds impossible (mostly because that's 2500 hours). Wouldn't it make more sense to build as many sites as you can manage, then start selling the new sites as you build them?

That's just my inexperienced 2 cents anyway.

If you can keep up to date with all of them then well done! I look forward to your progress. (Could I suggest creating an Excel or even a Blog to keep us up to date with it?)

This looks extremely interesting, will you be letting us in on any secrets or advice for starting our own? (Or perhaps you have links to something similar?) Would be much appreciated!

Not really any links as I compiled a lot of different methods/ebooks/threads/ect... to create my own.

Maybe I could write an eBook, but I think at first once this ages to 30 days and I can see a full months revenue with proof I will sell the sites. Of course after I get a small network of them built up for myself :)

Hmm, I guess it's around 700-800 or more visitors per day if I am not mistaken, that's a really great result for this short time, I guess adding content permanently played a great role in your success. Btw do you use Social Media? After the recent google update( in which I lost a Micro Niche site), I heard people saying that twitter retweets, facebook and G+ -es helps you rank very much.

And yeah, a dumb question, does all your traffic come from Google?

Sorry if too many questions :D

I don't use any social media and 90% of traffic is from the SERPS.

I don't use any on page SEO that conflicts with penguin or panda so I'm sure that helps in why I wasn't effected.

Hm >.< you got me motivated. I got an exact match domain some time ago, but I a big procrastinator, so I never added any content nor links to it yet, it got 14k exact searches. I hope to get my lazy ass to write some articles and do build some links soon, though exams are eating alot of my time now :)

So yeah please keep us updated , and don't be shy about sharing about thoughts and techniques, we're all ears ! :D
