Jessi Posted May 17, 2012 Posted May 17, 2012 http://vlogmom.com/2012/04/23-tips-for-creating-videos-people-actually-wanna-watch/ Some of them are pretty self-explanatory, but there are some goodies worth paying attention to if you're considering vlogging. Start the recording, then wait 5 seconds before you start talking, then leave the same amount of time after you end your discussion before turning off the recording. This allows for easy editing. Use a whiteboard behind the camera/computer to tack your notes/bullet points to cover so your face is looking up at all times and you aren’t shuffling pages throughout your video. ljepilo 1 Quote
xtinguish Posted May 18, 2012 Posted May 18, 2012 Those are great points. Some people have serious issues with trying to vlog, but it's nothing different then just talking to yourself, but people just get nervous because there's a camera facing at them. Quote
Victor Leigh Posted May 18, 2012 Posted May 18, 2012 Vlogging? I think I will pass. Among other things, I think if I were to produce a vlog, my viewers won't be paying any attention to what I am saying because they will be busy wondering what all that red hair is doing on my face. Quote
