Have you checked out IWOOT.com (I Want One Of Those - "stuff you don't need but really, really want"), by the way? Many cheaper things that are very cool as well. I picked up a can crusher from there ages ago and it arrived in a big purple box. Even the delivery makes you feel like a kid at Christmas!

Don't think so. IWOOT is a bit older and has a different focus. Probably created by similar ideas but not related as far as I'm aware.

Wow what a selection of products. They really go for truly unique products, that's the reason why the product list is so mouth watering. I suspect we can build a similar site but it will take hell lot of time to sift through products and list them. Still it's worth a shot if you are here for the long term.

I think that might be a marketing strategy. It's like having those fantastic products to get your buying urge humming. Then since you don't have 300K to buy that one, you would pay 30usd to get something else. Just to satisfy your buying urge.
