For those of you that don't know, Namco Bandai are the creators of a rpg franchise called .Hack. And now, they're making a fighting game out of it. There is a possibility this game may get a release outside of Japan according to rumos on the E3 floor.

Here is some video of the game

It reminds me of my old PS2 Dragonball Z Game with slightly better graphics. Thumbs down from this guy.

Other than me not understanding head or tale of it... It doesn't look half bad.

I wish it has proper control though.

You can't really tell if the controls are proper though. None of us has played it yet.

Yeah I know, I just hope it does.

Fighting games usually lack good control, Just button smash or perform combos.. Your dodging attacks and placement of attacks barely matter

Not true at all. If you get an experienced fighter against a button masher, you'll see how quickly the button masher will get dismantled. SOMETIMES, the masher can/will get lucky yes. But that is pretty rare.

I loved .Hack Sign anime series and the entire game storyline. It is really a good fiction about a brain interfaced video game went wrong.

I'd much prefer the game is being made in a MMORPG fashion as the actual game in the story is a MMO after all.

It would have been fitting considering the actual premise of the series has always been an MMO in spirit.

The game's looking interesting so far. I'm only hoping it has some depth to its system. The camera looks a bit weird, as in, it's hard to get an accurate sense of distance with its current positioning, and spacing is one of the most important aspects of fighting games' strategy. Still, I'm curious to see how it works out as a fan of the .hack series.

At first glance, out of all the fighting games I've played, it's probably most comparable to the Naruto Ninja Storm games. But again, that's only going by what I've seen of this game. So it's only an assumption rather than a fact.
