All I will say, though is that we didn't achieve good reviews on websites such as Web Hosting Stuff by doing things badly. All the reviews we've received (except 1 - which I've replied to and contacted the user about) have been rated as Excellent. http://www.webhostingstuff.com/review/AstoundingHost.html I'm very much hoping that we'll still be around in 2013, and for many years to come.
