dagscot
I use PSDtuts+ but I'm aware there are a huge amount of tutorial sites out there. What are the best ones and are they categorized for Web design. Retouching etc. I hate searching too much.
KMRock
I have used them before I think. Do they offer .psds with their tutorials to help explain what they have done?
BarryLejieg
In general Tutsplus tutorials are all pretty awesome. They have many websites dedicated to different niches, such as NetTuts (Web Development tutorials), PSDTuts, VectorTuts etc. I usually visit NetTuts but PSDTuts it's my number one resource for Photoshop tutorials for sure. Zerth
When I learnt Photoshop, I didn't really learn how to use it first, I just went on deviantart and just found a couple of signature tutorials and learned from them. After finishing all those tutorials I found using Photoshop much more easier as the more tutorials I did, the more I know about it.
Agent_Nycto
I've found that the best way to learn is simply to experiment. Every tutorial I have seen has said this. Though, whenever I am trying to do something specific, I do a search for it. Deviantart and Reddit have been very useful for this.
