Reseller Account or Dedicated Server?

If you are offering web hosting to customers, or if you have a lot of your own websites that you want to keep separate from each other, do you prefer a dedicated server, a VPS or a reseller account?

A dedicated one probably, I'm just too lazy to separate something.

I guess it depends on the number of customers you expect to have and your level of technical expertise. A dedicated server is usually a better choice, but it does require a bit of work to set up correctly. The upside is that you'll have full control over the server and can run your hosting service the way you want to.
