What Do You Do In Facebook?

I love Facebook, it's my fave social media platform, I maintain several groups and pages there and I think it's the best social media platform around.

I miss the days when you use facebook for gaming like Restaurant City and Mafia wars. You enjoy it by playing with your friends. You will have a competition with your friends on who is the most beautiful restaurant. Also, Friends for Sale. On which you will buy your crush. And if somebody buys her, you will be wanting to buy her back. But nowadays, facebook has been the most toxic social media platform. From spreading fake news, to the toxic people. I'm just enjoying facebook now for the memes. I miss the good ol' days.

I agree with this things, you will really missed the things when Facebook is just a platform where you can get Friends with the people you really well know about and you can really call as real friends. But now seems like the many the friends you have even though you did not know them personally you will accept their in order to have more likes and comments but seems nowadays people basis the popularity and goodness of a person in the more likes nor shares nor reactions you have (Disclaimer: This is only on my personal point of view and observations though not all people in Facebook accept people when they don;t know them )

Secondly you will missed theses games mentions above but in addition you really missed also the Games Farmville and Pet Society., There were the times that when you visit your page in Facebook you will invite your friends to play theses games and make a wonderful Farm of your own and how cool was that.  But seems there is a rapid fast growing change in the society and Facebook seems a platform of everyone to express what and who they are and yes one of the reality is that social media site had been use also to spread the fake news which seems so tremendous and have a great impact in the community.

Now what I do in Facebook is I always visited this because aside from these negativity you are encountering still we find some good vibes post and positive post that makes us feel how lucky we are on what we have and what we have not, How lucky your community and your family . Because Facebook together with the messenger is one of the widely used tool of  communications especially in times when you are away with your loved ones.

Since Facebook is already there and bad things keep on popping on our page , I think its better to filtered the things and choose the things that will affect you and not affect you and choose always the positive ones.

Indeed. I also miss those days where Facebook was just a social media platform where distant families and friends were given the ability to communicate easily. Now, even next door neighbors don't talk to each other personally because they prefer to talk on Facebook (or Messenger). For me, Facebook has become a platform where extroverts become introverts. I mean, a lot of people nowadays try to rant and talk about their problems online than to talk about it with their families and friends in person. Facebook also became a website where a lot of scammers and liars are circulating. Before, if I remember it correctly, there were no pages but now there's a lot of them who post fake news, inappropriate content, and posts that are non-child friendly.

Sigh. Missin' those days where I use Facebook to play games like Crazy Cabbie and Ninja Saga. Nowadays, I only use Facebook to communicate with my family in Australia.

I mostly use it for wasting time and connecting with people these days. I used to use it more for marketing certain websites, but unless you pay them, your posts get almost no visibility, so I have reduced my use in that regard.

Totally agree! I used to play Farmville and It girl, spend most of my time in it. But seeing Facebook now, it really became way too different than the way it was years back. So true about adding people you don't really know just to gain likes and shares. I actually have this neighbor who claims of having 3000+ friends but her post never reaches 20 likes.  A bummer if you'll ask me. 

On the side of what do I do on Facebook, well I use it to get in-touch with high school friends ( we're actually gonna have our reunion on the first of may, 10 years after graduation) and family plus new acquintances. And I am also a reseller online of products like make-up, clothing, home ware, etc. so yeah, I am of those toxic creating user.

My question is what don't don't you do?I also love, love, love, facebook. Do you know statistics show that most companies block Facebook, because employees can't seem to get of it? I can also stay on Facebook,literally all day, everyday. There is just so much to do. You can connect with your friends, see what everyone is upto. You can read new articles posted by  diffrent sites you subscribe to, you can engage in diffrent groups and learn some new things. For example I've joined a few online marketing and writing groups . I learn many many diffrent tips and tricks.

Some years back, I mostly use Facebook to chat and read news feeds but as I grew wiser, I learnt that one can actually monetize his Facebook account and earn from it instead of just paying Mark Zuckerberg. 

Now, I use my Facebook account to generate traffic for my personal blog and use it to market my business products and it's really helping me to make lots of sales.

I also use Facebook to watch the latest movies which I share to my movie group site.  All my members love it, but I'm still growing my group before I monetize it.  Just finished sharing Infinity War last night.

I must admit I was an addicted user of FB before. Yes, indeed that FB is the most popular social networking sites in the whole world no doubt about that but these days I rarely use FB. I only use FB messenger every day because I use it to communicate with my friends and families and it's free anyway so I can save money by using it. Hope FB will maintain its popularity in next generation even they're facing lots of controversies right now.

I do agree that fb messenger is a great help because even if you don't have any load you can still use their messaging service also messenger is becoming a payment portal nowadays several portals are now tapping messenger for their services.

What do you mean by payment portal? I haven't encountered it yet. Though I see lots of advertisement on my FB messenger seems like Mark is gaining lots of money these days because of ads.

I've been using Facebook mostly for new updates, contacting my friends and relative using facebook messenger and also using it for my online business. Facebook is a great platform to spread your product awareness.

I use facebook to stay connected with my relatives, friends, loveone and family. I am not the kind of user that love interacting on someone he/she don't know in person, maybe i did sometimes but for some reason like asking for some information that Ive searching for. Facebook is so useful for me, it is really accessible. I didn't try to promote any product there yet.

I get to enjoy using Facebook before. I love reading comments and looking at the photos of friends. Which are just ordinary photos that doesn't have much filter since the phones are not that sophisticated. I find it more interesting than these days. It feels like Facebook is overpopulated and polluted. Plus, I don't like reading intrigues and love stories. Which resulted to arguments and conflict. People are too generous to share their personal life on social media as if they're seeking attention. To earn sympathy and approval to the rest of the world.

I used to run a page on Facebook with a few friends. Now I just use it to keep in contact with people. I honestly don't like it in terms of security and safety. I much prefer Line but since it's not that popular here I just use Facebook for the others who don't want to use Line.

Yes me too. I remember the first game I played in facebook was Cafe World and Pet society and also tetris. I missed these games as these were the first games I played in facebook. There were no videos at that time so it was more on playing. I am trying to locate it in facebook but I think they already erase it. It gives me nostalgic memories from my childhood.

Your damn right how Facebook becomes toxic Kakashi2020. I miss the good old days as well when it doesn't really have much platforms where news, videos and advertisement flood it like a hurricane. Now, Facebook at some point becomes a stressor because of so many content, often uncensored and can be access by younger children.

I don't use Facebook anymore but I've used it to promote stuff, it was such a great help because it's the biggest social network and people use it WAY TOO MUCH so it's good to take advantage of that using Facebook/Instagram Ads. I didn't really post anything on my personal account because I think Twitter's got a better experience so I only use Twitter now.

I am not an avid fan of Facebook. I'm a twitter kind of person. I rarely post an update on my facebook account. the main reason for me using Facebook is its messenger where I communicate with my loved one's.

I am using Facebook primarily for business purposes because I have a small business and Facebook is a great way for me to reach more people and increase my sales. I don't use social media platforms for nothing. I don't want to waste time posting pictures just to gain likes. I would rather do something that would gain money than just gain likes.

I do alot on my Facebook,I chat with friends, reconnect with lost friends,use it to promote my products as affiliate marketer and do some direct selling as well. I intend to use it to gain traffic to my blog which I will be creating very soon.

These days, there is not much to do on Facebook. To many advertisements and paid promotions feature in my feed and it is irritating. I see a lot of marketplace ads as well. I feel Facebook is losing its charm. It was wonderful in the early 2010's when it was at it's peak.

I really love Facebook, thru Facebook many people are still connected with each other even they are in other country. Facebook is the medium of communication nowadays, many people used it for studies, personal, especially at work.

I only use Facebook mainly for communicating with friends cause it's free to use. It's a save of money because I don't have to buy credits in order to communicate. Another reason why I use Facebook is that I'll be able to be updated with what's going on with my friends and the country. I also enjoy reading memes it makes my day complete.
