I love both. Facebook is a nice way to unwind and connect with friends. You can actually hang out on facebook the whole day. It's the employers worst  nightmare, that's why they disable Facebook in the office. Reddit is also a good sites to be in the loop about what is trending. It attracts alot of traffic and is especially good for internet marketing because this is free traffic. I'm not sure I can decide. I don't think it's fair to compare the two

Reddit excels in areas like linking you up to forums of people with similar interests who share knowledge and experiences daily.

Reddit tends to frown at online marketing as the forum administrators censor and delete messages that doesn't revolve around the issues being discussed by the forum.

Facebook excels in online marketing as they promote paid advertising which incidentally is cheaper than what most platforms offer.

I did have a Reddit account a few years back but I decided to concentrate in Facebook since it has the most number of users.

There's only a few people who use Reddit  here in my country, the rest use Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, I for one concentrates on Facebook it can do almost everything the other Social Medias can do.

Honestly I don't have a Reddit account since I only have a Facebook account which is I am using to communicate with my family and friends out there. Facebook is the most commonly used platform on my own opinion by most people around the world. It feels great to have the Facebook account since you can do a lot from it not just by communicating to others but as well be a fun way to enjoy during your idle time which is really very entertaining. It can be used for different purposes depending on the person's interest in my own observation.

I only got a Reddit account recently actually, maybe around 5-6 months ago, whereas I've had a Facebook account for years now. I would happily choose Reddit over Facebook because, for me, Facebook is no longer great at all and is well past it. I just can't see them recovering at all especially after all of this privacy issues that they have been surrounded by. I'm sure a lot of people will continue to use Facebook but a lot of people have stopped using their Facebook accounts, with many actually deactivating their accounts because they aren't interested in using the social network anymore.

I think the biggest problem for them is that teenagers left and started using other social networks like Twitter, Snapchat and Instagram.

I actually learned about reddit maybe a year ago or so. And to be frank, I love it way more than I love Facebook. It is not that Facebook is bad or anything similar, it is just that reddit offers a lot more content. There are sub-threads regarding basically everything. There are way more quality posts and comments than there are on Facebook. But Facebook has better messaging system, photos can be shared. But other than that, everything is better on reddit.

I don't think it's similar to Facebook so it's not a good comparison. However, I've used both and I'm gonna go with Reddit, I learned a lot of things on Reddit, I like seeing people's discussions plus everyone can be anonymous and Reddit, on Facebook you can do that to but they might lock your account for until you prove to them your identity. I think Reddit is much safer and they don't want to know everything about you.

Well, in my opinion both of these social media sites are very good at what they are being used for.

So, what matters most the your business purposes for making use of either of the site. If Facebook is better for your business products and services promotion, make use of it, but if it's Reddit, then it's important to make use of it.

I don't have a Reddit account but as to what I have seen Reddit seems to look like a blog or forum when I was once redirected to there page. Seems that most people nowadays still prefer Facebook over any other apps in the market. This one offers earning and selling opportunity with less penny to pay.

I personally prefer Facebook but that's simply because more people I know use it - and it's mainly used as a tool to keep in touch with my loved ones. I do think Reddit definitely has its place in my life too - I like being able to use it as a forum type environment to get information and connect with others interested in the same kind of topics as I am.

I prefer Facebook since I have used that platform. I am oriented with the ways of how Facebook works. I was once entertained and intrigued on it's  busy activity. I find it more useful since it serves as medium of communication, information, education and business.  Using Facebook platform is a leading edge to promote product or services without any hassle since it has a large number of users. It helps generates traffic.
