I mostly do some online jobs during my idle time because I want to have some sort of extra income than doing nothing or nonsense things for the whole day. I am interested to know about on what do you usually do during your idle time. It is a pleasure to hear your thoughts and opinion and I would happy to know more about it. hoppip93 Posted April 13, 2018 Share Posted April 13, 2018 I also do online freelancing on my free time just because additional income is always good, but I can't do that everyday or I'll get bored or feel overworked. I usually mix it up by playing various video games or playing sports with my friends when they are free, usually table tennis or basketball. I am also listening to some music or watching movies in the web during my spare time so that I will not also feel bored doing some of my online sites. It feels great to earn during your idle time even though it is just small amount of money. The time that you wasted will be worth it instantly and you will feel motivated as well. Yeah, it's a great source of easy money and I usually use this money to pay for my extra expenses like buying new clothes or accessories while I save the income I earn from my actual work. Although I'm also freelancing, I actually have a specific schedule for my freelance job. During my free time I make myself learn by watching videos from Discovery Channel and other YouTube channels that offer the same contents about scientific ideas and documentaries about the world. However, I also feel bored sometimes so I accompany it with K-Pop and other types of music videos which I definitely love because I really love music, it heals me all the time. We usually play MOBA games especially Mobile Legends. Playing games is a good way to relieve most of your stress unless you got lose streak and that might be the cause to increase your madness instead of lessening it. So I make sure that I am skilled and know how to play the game we're playing, as well as making sure that my device got a high specs for me to play it without lagging issues. junrose123 Posted April 16, 2018 Author Share Posted April 16, 2018 I sometimes watch funny videos and inspiring ones just to give time for my self to sit back and relax during my idle time to lessen the stress for doing the work for a longer period of time. It is a great source of joy for me when I am watching funny videos because it realty makes me feel happy even in just simple ways. Doing some of my online sites is one of my best priority during my idle time because it gives me the chance to earn something that I can be used for future expenses or needs aside from the earnings from my offline work and I usually save my online earnings just to have a savings in the future. Also a good nap is a great way to recharge some energy. Although idle for me occurs not so frequent in may daily activity i'd rather make use of it productively. junrose123 Posted April 19, 2018 Author Share Posted April 19, 2018 Sometimes I am doing some mobile gaming especially if I was already bored doing some of my online sites then I just take a break for a while to give time for my self to enjoy even in just a few minutes. Playing mobile games was one of my source of entertainment during idle time when I have no internet connection or If I am on travel for a seminar or meeting. I love doing charity works if only I am available to do so but unfortunately I have an offline job that I need to cater so that I can have something to sustain my family's basic need and wants. Can't blame myself for most times I work on graveyard shifts so sleeping is a big no no and when I go home sleeping becomes an enemy for I need to look out for my kids. It's rare for me to even have any idle time these days and because of my insomnia it makes it harder for me to have a proper rest at night. Yes that is a great idea to spend our idle time because we will be learning something while enjoying also our day. Browsing at YouTube would give us some enjoyment and entertainment that would make us feel relax instead of doing nothing during our idle time. This is always a challenging task yet rewarding. I feel I can go beyond my limit. It gives me free spirit mind. I also love to take photographs of people, vehicles, scenery, buildings, food, flowers, insects and toys. I find it interesting and it's always a fun activity. I also love to play piano instrument. Well that is a good idea and I usually do it most of the time to watch some videos on YouTube using my laptop. Being a parent one of our priority is to give the needs of our family in which the money is the big involved. It is good to have such activity as it updates my mind on the latest songs or movies out there which are very interesting know. Also, viewing random videos on YouTube is a great way for me to kill time. Most days, I also spend my time playing Mobile Legends. Ever since my friends introduced the game to me, I've been very addicted and been spending a lot of time playing it. Another thing that I do during my idle time is just simply scrolling down through social media site like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, getting in touch with my friends and laughing at memes. If i'm not doing school work, I will probably do micro tasks online, read a book, or exercise. Idle time can be a great blessing because of the things you can do that you would not be able to do if you worked constantly or had a lot of commitments. I try to get some benefit out of my free time, so that if I don't have the free time anymore, at least I can be content with the way I spent it.
