I always use these:

https://tools.pingdom.com/

https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/

https://www.webpagetest.org/

Not in any particular order.  Keep in mind though, they can throw false positives.  Such as items that are not really issues or you actually have no control over such as included live chat from another service etc..

Thank you for the site list, but i can see that https://tools.pingdom.com/ is only for specific locations.

Only specific locations to test from against their servers, but you can test sites located anywhere.

I still stand by these.
