sophiemarton Posted June 24, 2019 Posted June 24, 2019 It all depends upon the client's requirement that what kind of service or website they want. More importantly, PHP and Python both have their own advantages and both are trending web programming languages and are being focused by every web development company nowadays as well. Quote
ananyagupta Posted July 18, 2019 Posted July 18, 2019 PHP is documented which follows a classic approach. While in the case of Python it uses indentation enforcements that are quite strict. I my opininon Python is hard to readable but on the other hand PHP is more readable than most other programming languages. Nathan 1 Quote
matthewjohn938 Posted July 19, 2019 Posted July 19, 2019 Both are well known languages for web development! I think the answer would depend on what kind of web development you want. If you are developing from raw frameworks (without using a CMS) then it really doesn't matter. Django and Flask are great frameworks for Python and PHP has Symfony, CodeIgniter and Zend. saraholiver Posted December 4, 2019 Posted December 4, 2019 Language evolution designing mistreatment PEPs - you recognize what you get in an exceedingly next few years. PHP development method appearance chaotic: creating OOP sort of a one thing in Java, then add some "static typing" collections, then embrace some lambdas and namespaces.web developer Quote
Jeremy Bowers Posted December 9, 2019 Posted December 9, 2019 Both are own advantages, but if we go deeply than python is better for long term projects and quite strict which make more readable then PHP. Quote
Jack7878 Posted September 11, 2020 Posted September 11, 2020 -For developers who are just starting their PHP web development deciding between the languages is difficult. -Beginners find it hard to choose between the web development languages as they have different requirements. -Also, they face two issues while dealing with any languages. One- they need to learn programming construct, and then learn how to implement them in the chosen language. Second- they require expertise in syntax which makes no sense to them. -These issues faced by new developers are due to the biased advice they get from Python and PHP developers. If you talk to a python developer, they will list all the pros of the language and no cons. Same is the case with PHP developers they would insist that there is no better language. Quote
