If you are a newbie and want to develop a website then I think you have to go on some online resources like, w3schools, tutorialpoint, etc sites. For beginners these are the best sites to learn website development.

To Create a Website Firstly we need to Purchase the Domain and Hosting from the respective hosting providers and later on after purchase you can directly install the WordPress you you like or or else you can also manually built with html code. My Suggestion is to go with WordPress because it will be easy to understand and use. You Can Simply install the theme and rest on Drag and Drop Process. For If You are really Looking to have a great website get the best web design and development in Hyderabad. where you can make your choice site.
