Has anyone tried ForumLinkBuilding.com?

I just ran a campaign with them a few months back for another site of mine. It was VERY expensive for link building I thought. But they had good reviews so I decided to give them a try.

The package I purchased was $400 and here is what it includes:

  • Total number of guaranteedpermanent, one-way text backlinks:300 from 100high quality high PR forums. Samples: PR9, PR9, PR9,more.
  • Total number ofBONUS SUBMISSIONS: 500to high PR general directories. Samples:PR8, PR8, more.
  • 7 free SEO services to make your campaign look absolutely natural to Google & be more effective.
  • For this package you can use maximum 50 keywords & 50 URLs including different sites and inner pages.

    One-time total cost: $399.90

Bonuses: 500 free submissions (worth $50).

Estimated Rankings Improve: Top 10 Google rankings for 1-3 keywords.

    Estimated Traffic Increase:
+3,000 unique targeted visitors per month.

It has been 2 months now, I have seen none of the above mentioned progress. I'm about to say it's worthless. Has anyone else had better luck with them?

Now we will see if they really stand behind their money back guarantee...

I'm still trying to get a refund out of them now, and guess what??? They are telling me they cannot.

I'm not giving up yet though.

Ok it might be little hard when had for like 2months but could work, but dispute in as end day the item you have is not what doing in any form personaly i would only allowed 20days and if not seen item then would been easy make dispute.

I would lose the battle doing that I believe. Since it's a "Virtual Item" nothing was actually shipped I'm not covered for PayPal's protection and they would automatically side with the LinkBuilders right?

Yeah I emailed them back letting them know that would not work for me and they have produced absolutely NO results. I also said I must receive a refund.

So I will wait for their reply now.

If they still say no I wonder if I let them know I will report to the BBB if they will even care.

Anyway updates to come soon.

Reviews are not hard to fake, if you ever been on the WarriorForum.com, you know what I mean..

I haven't been on there much, browsed a few times for a few minutes, but that one never sucked me in.

It's official they are a complete scam. Some of the backlinks they claim they built were not even real sites....

I found a lot of other people online now that have been scammed as well so stay away.

They are now ignoring my requests. So I have now disputed with Paypal as unauthorized charges so we will see if I win.

wow there hard leason learn there really i bet if done lot people there take $400 each well sum just could reach lot money.

Most if not all "link builders" or "backlink builders" are scams. They are a quick and easy way for someone to lure a sucker into paying a ridiculous amount of money on something that is VERY hard to achieve. It's just a big giant scam. As someone else said, just do the work yourself, for free. It's more time consuming but all it costs you is time, not $400 of your hard earned money.

If they provide report, then you MUST ask for it by now..

If they don't, ask them for a proof of all submissions.

I think at $400, it's a bit expensive considering the kind of service and support they provide.

Well my unauthorized charges did not work.

I have now made a call to the company they are saying I should hear back in a couple days.

Why can't i ever understand you?

What's your first language? Not trying to be rude... I just want to figure it out.

On topic: It really sucks that you can't get them to refund this. I've always wondered about the "backlink builders". I hope you get this resolved. let us know what they say!

Yeah stay away, I could have used that $400 in direct advertising.

I'm hoping to hear something back by end of day Monday.

Wow Nate, sorry for that man. That's a real hard blow losing $400 on pretty much nothing. Yeah that money could've definitely been invested elsewhere which could've gotten you better results for sure. I'd definitely stay far away from ANY backlink sites that claim they'll get you thousands of backlinks for X amount of money.

That's horrible, $400 could have gotten you more, that's for sure. I personally don't spend money on traffic, since it's irrelevant, if the visitors don't see a good site to join. I'd rather spend the money to improve my site and even get editors to help with unique articles, to really boost my google placement. You can spend thousands of dollars and not get anything, if your visitors are not convinced they should join. I'd rather build upon the 100-150 visits/day we currently get after 5 weeks, than pay extra for many visits who wouldn't convert.

In my opinion you should have control over your own link building. I will try to write an article on forum link building and SEO. That should make a really good thread.

Anyway, SEO jobs are hardly guarenteed. If you want guarenteed jobs its better to get a freelance SEO company on ODESK or Elance.

That would be great, I'm buying good articles/tutorials right now :) Check out this thread: https://forums.prodjex.com/topic/2550-purchasing-tutorials/

Wow... that truly sucks. I'm sorry it was such an expensive lesson, although I appreciate you posting the information so that more of us can avoid that type of lesson. (I guess there are some benefits starting my online business life broke, eh? LOL)

Honestly, if anyone just wants links from a specific list of forums with specific keywords and so on... it might be better to hire a college or high school student (or use fiverr). It still won't be guaranteed, but at least it will be cheap. For tasks that don't require a "personal touch" I'm training my 11 year old daughter and 13 year old son. They quite literally work for pennies and everyone is happy.

Yup that's why I posted to keep others from getting scammed.

BTW still no phone call back from them, what a joke. I'm going to keep bugging them once a week, b/c if I get it back would be some nice advertising money. But at this point I've written that money off.
