Well, I'm a 13 year old boy. My budget, I make about 10/month, if I work a little overtime, I can make more, but that's usually what I make. I'll check out that site though, thanks for the help!

I have recently learned some Html, and CSS. And I've been wanting to create my own Website. Money is a problem for me however, so my question to you guys is, What are some good, safe, quick, and most importantly, Cheap, Website Hosting services?
