Looking for Recommendations: Internal Communication Software for Our Team

hey guys,

we’re lookin for a good internal communication tool for our dev team (remote mostly).
we use slack right now but kinda feel like it's gettin messy & too noisy.

our team is like 25-30 ppl (devs, designers, PMs), and we want something that's:

• good for real-time chat (1-on-1 + group)

• works well on mobile + web

• easy file sharing

• maybe integrates with jira/github (not must-have)

• secure + can scale as we grow

any suggestions? or what’s workin well for you guys right now?
